It can show how you are likely to handle a common medicine like paracetamol, but it never tells you to start, stop or change one. We work with Malaysian partners on the ground. An accredited Malaysian lab processes your saliva sample, so it stays in the country. Your kit comes from Malaysia and your price is in ringgit.

Your genetic data sits under an ISO 27001 certified information security framework. That is the global standard for keeping information safe. On top of that, we handle your data in line with Malaysia's PDPA, so your rights under Malaysian law still apply.

Most DNA tests in Malaysia give you a very detailed report and stop there. You end up holding a document and no plan. The Bio-Profile Kit keeps going. The Bio-Profile Kit is RM242 a month on the 12-month plan, so RM2,904 in total, for 700+ traits and a bundle worth RM3,292. That is RM4.15 a trait, and you know it for life. Most DNA tests here run between RM1,320 and RM6,600 up front, depending on the technology and how thick the report is. We use microarray genotyping, the same proven method behind clinical and consumer DNA screening, which is how the price stays where it is. Your plan also covers the AI advisor and the partner network, which a one-off report does not.

Your DNA report is yours for life. You keep it whatever happens to the plan. For the twelve months you are on it, you get the full Bio-Profile, every feature and every update included. When the year is up the plan simply stops. No lock-in, no obligation, nothing further to pay. If you want to keep it running, that costs between RM36 and RM73 a month depending on which features you want, and it is entirely up to you.

Once you order, we deliver the kit to your door, free. You spit into a tube at home. No clinic, no needles. Post it back, an accredited Malaysian lab processes it, and your results are ready in about three to five weeks.

Yes. DNA does not change, so you can test from age one, and what it tells you stays useful for life. The point is to understand how your child is wired around food, sleep and activity, not to label them.

On accounts: for under 13s, you as the parent or guardian submit the sample and manage the insights. From 13 to 17, they can use the Bio-Profile with your documented consent and supervision. At 18, you can hand ownership across to them.
